100,000 sales for the Plusnet team

A milestone was recently reached by our Plusnet webchat team when they achieved 100,000 sales.  Plusnet has worked with Interact since 2012, and the achievement is testament to the great partnership that has grown between us.

By creating a skilled team of agents and using the best technology the team at Interact has delivered outstanding results.

With a team of 8 full time agents the webchat team average 450 product sales per week whilst taking 3,000 customer contacts with over 90% customer satisfaction. Each agent can take 4 concurrent contacts using the upgraded Liveperson chat platform.

Results improved even further last year following an upgrade to the webchat software platform, which improved its intelligence at deciding which customers to invite. This has boosted productivity and the sales conversion rate.
