We are based alongside the Leeds/Liverpool canal in Wigan in light, open-plan offices that have been designed not only as a great working environment but as a fun space where you can enjoy your down time.
The current brands that we support in Wigan are EE and BT.
We carry out a variety of work for these companies including sales, cross sales, and customer service via phone, webchat and email. All training is provided and, for many of our roles, you don’t need any previous experience; just a positive outlook and great attitude and work ethic.
We started this business in 2012 with only 6 people and have grown to over 400 people. The reason for our success is that we have created more of a family than a work force. It’s crucial to us that it is a fun and motivating call centre that helps you not only achieve work goals but life goals as well.
We are committed to staff development and, wherever possible, we recruit management roles from within, and are really proud to say every Team Manager has been promoted from a sales agent role.
