The Job

Your role focuses on using Work Force Management software to ensure adequate resourcing on a large, inbound customer services campaign.

You will play an integral part of the management team and you will be accountable for planning, supporting and monitoring resource (including attendance and adherence) for a team of over 250 agents.

What We’re Looking For

– You need to have advanced skills working with Work Force Management software, preferably with Nice Contact CX

– You need to be a confident, driven contact centre professional with previous experience in a BPO

– Contact Centre and Operational awareness of systems, processes and procedures

– Complete understanding of overall operational activities

– Must have a good working knowledge of Windows based programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
